The complexity of the software and modularity make it important to accurately determine a clients needs ahead of time, first to determine whether or not CIS's product will meet the clients needs at all, second, to see what modules a client may need.
Having to do this in person can be a tedious task. There are many questions that need to be asked and many of the same questions need to be asked over and over.
